A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received. Once confirmed, your time slot is reserved exclusively for you.

2. Cancellations by the client
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in advance.

Cancellations made within the allowed notice period may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

Cancellations made after the allowed notice period may not be eligible for a refund.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Specific cancellation timeframes will be shared at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations by MBLD
If MBLD must cancel your booking due to technical issues, emergencies, or other unexpected reasons, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

4. Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-refundable services
Certain services, promotional bookings, deposits, and customized services may be non-refundable. This will always be clearly communicated before payment is made.

6. Equipment rental refunds
If equipment is picked up or used, it is not eligible for a refund unless there is a verified technical issue with the equipment.
